  • Assisting individuals with substance-related disorders in becoming self-sufficient through the enhancement of their educational status and development of the skills necessary to seek and maintain meaningful employment.
  • Promoting the stability and supports needed to exit to permanent housing in the community.
  • Promoting community mental health through the provision of quality outpatient mental health services to men and women of all ages.
  • Providing women and women with children safe, secure, therapeutically supportive housing services.
