Homeless Outreach Program provides the community’s homeless population with a range of substance abuse related services including assessment, information and referral, crisis intervention, brief counseling, individual and group counseling, case management, and financial/resource management assistance. Services are provided at a variety of locations including area homeless shelters and halfway houses. All House of Mercy services and interventions are initiated using a person-centered approach with the purpose of assisting clients in moving towards recovery and increasing their self-efficacy.
